Customized Management Plans
- Inspections: I can provide weekly, bi-weekly or monthly inspections (interior and exterior).
- Reporting: You will receive an Inspection Report for every visit and will be notified if any abnormalities arise or maintenance is needed.
- Touch-Ups: I will flush toilets, open or close blinds, put a timer on one main light, clean dead flies and obvious cobwebs, remove fliers or garbage from the porch, sweep front entry and tidy up Realtor cards.
- Plants: I will water your indoor plants and patio containers if needed, and adapt your sprinkler system schedule as the seasons change.
